Johan Arnø Kryger is the chief learning officer of Global Fashion Agenda. Active on regional and global level, Kryger is responsible for merging the discovery-driven culture of academia with the innovation-driven environment of business through the renowned Youth Fashion Summit platform and the newly established Educators Summit – both elements of the Copenhagen Fashion Summit. His main mission is to overcome the cultural and communication divide that tends to impair industry-academia partnerships in order to unlock the full potential needed to overcome the challenges facing this industry.

Kryger holds a master in Political Science from Aarhus University and has worked with sustainability in fashion since 2011 when he joined the Danish Fashion Institute. Kryger is active in various national and international boards and advisory panels, among others the Hong Kong based EcoChic Design Award and the think tank Sustainia.
